COVID UPDATE:
Dear Gasner Dental Patients,
After over 4 months, we are now ready to start rescheduling your dental hygiene visits, thank you very much for your patience! As you can imagine, this is no small task!
Our staff has been hard at work contacting our patients who called during the COVID-19 shut down and our patients who had appointments booked in March, April, May, June and July.
We are also contacting everyone who has an appointment previously scheduled from now, going forward to ensure the appointment time is still convenient. Even though you have a scheduled appointment, we may have to change the time due to the new requirements and protocols that mandate a period of “fallow” time between patients. Rest assured that we have taken every step possible to keep you, your families and our staff healthy including testing our air exchange rates, adding HEPA filters into each operatory and installing door barriers. We are screening all patients, and accompanying family members and are wearing full PPE.
Our next steps, over the next couple weeks, will be to start contacting everyone who was due for a dental check up and cleaning, but did not have a booked appointment.
Please feel free to contact us to rebook your appointments or schedule new appointments for yourself and your family, if you are lucky, Rosie will pick up the phone!
Looking forward to seeing you soon and to brightening, and whitening, your smile!
The following changes have been made to ensure the continued safety of you, your families and our staff;
1) We kindly ask that only the patient to be seen enter our office. All children can be accompanied by one parent/guardian. We are doing our best to ensure safe social distancing and reduce the traffic in the office.
2) All patients will be prescreened for COVID-19. Please be patient with us as the questions take extra time for both you and our staff.
3) Appointments will be staggered to reduce the number of people in the clinic at any given time.
4) All adults and children over 10 are asked to wear their own masks at all times while in our office
5) We ask that you sanitize your hands upon entering and exiting the office using the dispensers provided.
6) Some waiting room chairs have been removed to comply with physical distancing.
7) Should you prefer to wait outside or in your car until we are ready to see you, we will call you when we are ready to see you.
8) All toys and magazines have been removed until further notice.
Although some things have changed, rest assured that these changes have been done for your safety.
We will still greet you with a smile and do our best to ensure that you and your family have a wonderful “dental” experience.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
